Transformation processes are always a challenge for any organization. First, there’s the huge gap between initiators and the people expected to change. I also often observe a lack of common understanding about the need for transformation and its significance for the individual employee. Credible and continuous communication targeted to your user groups is vital in managing your transformation processes.
Impactful leadership is a concept that’s fascinated and followed me since the beginning of my career. Having grown up in a Big Four organization, I’ve witnessed many moments of truth when it comes to leadership – both good and bad. I know from experience that shifting to a future-oriented leadership style instantly and continuously raises the number of intrinsically motivated employees.
As a communications, brand and marketing expert with a background in media and linguistics, I’ve worked in various roles. My focus has always been on translating highly complex strategies into tangible content and using leadership ideas to inspire employees. A lot of my work was about consulting and coaching senior leadership. Supporting people in their personal development and learning about behavior has become a real passion of mine.
